Helping Northumbrian Water (NWL) conceptualize and design a new customer application, which gives a voice to their customers and incentivizes meaningful engagement. The purpose is to support NWL in providing an unrivaled customer experience with initial design direction for the overall application by designing some screens for this mobile application.
Keep it simple, stupid
- Complete key billing activities, such as view and pay new and existing bills.
- Communicate important messages to customers in a variety of ways.
- Allow customers to view a map of water issues in their area.
- Target of reaching 2 million ‘meaningful customer engagements’ by 2025, and the app is considered as a big part of this.
